All medical equipment is Trinity-owned and maintained in accordance with manufacturer standards or higher. Our Medical Team checks the equipment pre- and post-flight for condition and systems operations. All medical bags are pre-packed for rapid response, and again re-checked before loading them into the aircraft. Pre-flight check lists are completed by the medical team before every departure.
There is a continuous line of communication between the Medical Team, flight coordinators and airport operations before, during, and after each flight in order to maintain the highest quality of safe, uninterrupted service. Each transport team is equipped with International Cell Phones.
At the conclusion of each transport, post-flight check lists are completed and flight notes are reviewed by our Medical Director and/or Inger Lisa Skroder MN, ARNP. Any questions the medical flight team or the Medical Director may have are addressed at this time. If areas for improvement are identified, they are promptly amended, implemented and distributed to the team and staff members.
