Levy, MD is a graduate of American University of the Caribbean, Medical School, and has a PhD in Pharmacology from Medical College of Virginia. He completed his residency for Internal medicine at Oakwood Hospital in MI., and is a fellow in Critical Care Medicine from University of Florida Health Science Center, Fellow in Surgical Intensive Care from Jackson Memorial Hospital.<br \/>\nHe is Board certified in Internal Medicine and Critical Care Medicine. He has research experience postdoctoral Fellow, Immunology at Roger Williams General Hospital, Brown University in RI and Staff Scientist, Immunopharmacology at Michigan Cancer Foundation.<br \/>\nDr. Levy has been practicing in South Florida since 1990. He is the Medical Director for Trinity Air Ambulance International and practices at Jackson North and Main Medical Center as a Critical Care Intensivist and has been recognized by America&#8217;s Top Physicians.<br \/>\n.\n\t\t\t<a href=\"void(0)\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"Read More\" rel=\"noopener\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tRead More\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t<h3>\n\t\t\tInger Lisa Skroder\n\t\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\t<p><strong>MN APRN<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t<p>Inger Lisa Skroder MN APRN began her nursing career in her home city of Vancouver, Canada.\u00a0Ms. Skroder graduated from the Vancouver General Hospital School of Nursing in 1989 and began working as a nurse in Florida shortly thereafter.\u00a0After many years of working in various South Florida hospitals, Inger Lisa moved to Seattle in 1996 to continue her education in medicine. In 1997 she completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) at the University of Washington, Bothell Campus, which was then rated the &#8220;#1 School of Nursing&#8221; by the U.S. News &amp; World Report.\u00a0Immediately after graduation she began working on her Masters Degree.<\/p>\n<p>In 1998 Inger Lisa returned to Florida to complete her Masters thesis and perform her final clinical practicum with Dr. King.\u00a0She graduated with her Masters Degree from the University of Washington&#8217;s Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program in 1999.\u00a0In 2000, Inger Lisa became the first Nurse Practitioner ever hired by American Airlines.\u00a0At the Miami International Airport Office,\u00a0Inger Lisa\u00a0was in charge of overseeing the medical care and wellbeing of\u00a0American Airline pilots,\u00a0flight attendants,\u00a0ground crews and other American Airline support employees.<\/p>\n<p>Inger Lisa dreamed of creating an air ambulance company that would be unique in the fact that it would be the only Air Ambulance company owned and operated by licensed and actively practicing healthcare providers.\u00a0In February 1999, that dream was realized when she formed Trinity Air Ambulance International with Dr. King and her business partner and brother Tor Skroder.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<a href=\"void(0)\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"Read More\" rel=\"noopener\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tRead More\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t<h3>\n\t\t\tTor Skroder\n\t\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\t<p><strong>RN<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t<p>Tor Skroder gained valuable experience during his 8 years (1993-2000) as a Fire Fighter for the Vancouver Fire and Rescue Department in the city of Vancouver, Canada.\u00a0During 4 of those years, Tor served as a member of\u00a0the Technical Rescue &#8211; High Angle and Confined Space Team.\u00a0Looking for a new challenge, in 2000 Tor moved to Florida and continued his career in the healthcare industry.\u00a0By December 2003 he completed his Nursing degree and was licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in February 2004.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Skroder has continued his education by expanding his field of expertise to include the many detailed aspects of aircraft operations, maintenance and management.\u00a0In December 2007 he earned his Airframe and Powerplant (A&amp;P) License from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and is currently a\u00a0multi-engine pilot.<\/p>\n<p>Since the beginning, Trinity Air Ambulance&#8217;s number one priority has been the care and satisfaction of its clients.\u00a0Our compassionate nature as medical professionals is extended to our patients and clients during and beyond each and every transport.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<a href=\"void(0)\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"Read More\" rel=\"noopener\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tRead More\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t<h2>\n\t\t\tExperience A Trip\n\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<p><strong>Here is how an air medical transport unfolds<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\n\t<ul>\n\t\t\t<li>\n\t\t\t\tTrinity receives a request for medical transportation by fax, email or telephone.\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>\n\t\t\t\tWe answer all calls personally &#8211; we do not use answering services!\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\t<ul>\n\t\t\t<li>\n\t\t\t\tA Medical staff member will obtain a thorough medical report, including all patient and additional passenger information.\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Medical Crew Evaluating Patient Fit to Fly<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/flytrinity.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/a-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/p><ul><li>Our Medical Coordinator will evaluate the transport needs of the patient based on the information received.\u00a0 The information received will assist us in determining the most appropriate medical facility for treatment.\u00a0 Trinity can arrange all hospital admissions for you.<\/li><li>The flight Medical Team is selected based on the patient&#8217;s condition and medical needs.\u00a0 The Medical Team may include\u00a0a combination of: Physicians, Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Respiratory Therapists and Critical Care Paramedics.<\/li><li>A departure time is set and\u00a0the medical\u00a0team is\u00a0dispatched.<\/li><li>Arrangements are made for ground ambulances on both sides of the air transport.<\/li><li>The patient&#8217;s Health Insurance Company, if needed, is contacted with notification of the transfer.<\/li><li>Updates on the transport itinerary are confirmed with the patient and family member(s).<\/li><li>Skylink pilots conduct a pre-flight check of the aircraft, obtain weather reports, file flight plans, determine fuel requirements and arrange for landing Internationally.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Learjet being \/><\/p><ul><li>Medical Team reviews the patient&#8217;s medical report and loads medical equipment and supplies into the aircraft.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Prepping the aircraft for a rescue<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/flytrinity.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/c-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p><ul><li>The aircraft departs enroute to the patient.\u00a0 The team clears customs and immigration upon arrival internationally.<\/li><li>Pre-arranged ground transportation is waiting to receive and take the Medical Team from the airport to the patient&#8217;s bedside.<\/li><li>At the discharging facility, the Medical Team assesses the patient&#8217;s current condition and receives an updated medical report.<\/li><li>Medical Team prepares the patient for the transport and connects the patient to Trinity&#8217;s portable medical equipment: Oxygen, Cardiac Monitor-Life Pak, Ventilator, IV pumps, etc., as required.<\/li><li>Patient is transferred to our portable stretcher and secured for the ground transport ride back to the airport.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Team and patient arrive at airport<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/flytrinity.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/d-300x170.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"170\" \/><\/p><ul><li>At the airport, the crew carefully transfers the patient into the aircraft.<\/li><li>Once inside the aircraft the Medial crew continues to monitor the patient while the aircraft departs.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Continually charting and monitoring<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><img src=https:\/\/flytrinity.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/4114.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Upon arrival at the destination airport, the patient is safely transferred from the aircraft into the awaiting ground ambulance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Patient is transfered from the \/><\/p><ul><li>The ground ambulance then transports the patient, family member(s) and medical flight crew to the receiving hospital, clinic or private
